Dr. John M. Perkins is an American Christian minister, civil rights activist, Bible teacher, philosopher and community developer. Perkins has received 13 Honorary Doctorate degrees from Belhaven University, Lynchburg University, Wheaton College, Gordon College, Taylor University among others.
